Last week, I had the privilege of participating as a group leader at YPO University NYC with top Harvard University professors: Rawi Abdelal, Kris Ferreira, Shuya Gong, and Das Narayandas. "Data-Driven Evolution - Navigating Business to the Future" was an immersive 3-day educational forum that brought together YPO leaders from across the globe.

I am excited to share that the 2024 Salesforce NYC World Tour was a great success! The festivities began with an amazing happy hour event at Orion Headquarters, where we had the pleasure of reuniting with our valued Salesforce friends, YPO friends, and customers.

Yesterday, I had the honor of being invited to the Colin L. Powell Distinguished Leadership Award dinner, an event that celebrated the impactful legacy of General Powell but also spotlighted the exemplary leadership of Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce. The evening was inspiring and a tribute to General Powell core values- integrity, humor, pragmatism, and common sense.

Last week, the Orion team traveled to Atlanta for the Salesforce FY25 Sales Performance Management (SPM) Kickoff alongside over 250 Salesforce SPM experts! Together, we explored cutting-edge strategies, emphasizing transparent compensation planning embedded directly into CRM.
