Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the YPO Mini Harvard University on 'The Future of Work' with the top professors from Harvard Business School for the 10th consecutive year.
The case study discussions were particularly insightful, as we analyzed how businesses and countries have pivoted and adapted in response to intense competition, fast-paced technological advancements such as digital transformation, and evolving customer expectations. It's clear that businesses need to fundamentally change the way they operate in order to succeed in this constantly changing landscape, and incorporating a platform like Salesforce into their operations can be a crucial step towards achieving this transformation.
But what truly made the event special were the connections I made with fellow YPO attendees from all over the world. Collaborating with Dan Farrugia and other passionate CEOs from various industries was an inspiring experience. We were all eager to share our experiences and ideas on the future of work and how we can make a difference.
Thank you, YPO and Harvard Business School professors
